The new concrete park is complete and accessible. It may not be 'Open' as of April 1, '24 but there are no longer any fences up. It it, however, surrounded by mud & covered in dirt as the landscaping has not been completed.
I swept out a run and hit the pole jam. Can't wait to check out the 'completed' park when it's clean and 'open'.
EDIT - I went back for a good sesh and clean pictures.
The park is a near perfect small skatepark. Flat Bar, Flat Ledge, Two sizes of QP and Bank. then there's fun stuff. The only thing missing is a low Manny pad. I'm not complaining.
The Skatepark was complete over a year ahead of the complexes planned opening date. This led to users barging the site. Eventually, the fences came down but the site still required landscaping. The park was a mess when I first hit it.

But now it's clean and gorgeous.
Nice pebble inlay on the step up. Let's see CRC try that! (no wait, just learn how to build parks properly)
