Another park I went to design meetings for and this was pretty close to my groups concept.
Then Burlington went pre-cast and the park ended up like this.

Not terrible but when you look closer.
Nice floating bank but...
...it's multiple sections that are uneven and have big, filled gaps.
Lots of patched holes from lift points on the pre-cast ramps.
A year later. Ready to eat a wheel.
Everyone loves a big crack at the top of a stair set
I found out later this was supposed to be a steep bank to ledge. For legal reasons, the city couldnt have a flat surface without safety rails so it was flipped to this useless lump. As a bonus - It's not attached to the park so it wiggles if you try to skate it.
