Upcoming Events - Summer 2026

It's Summer and contests are happening and new Skateparks are opening. The 15th Hoedown at the Hoof went down last week and Waterdown Ribfest Jam is happening today.

What Else? Here's what I know.

July 6 - Grand Opening & Ribbon Cutting Ceremony opening Earl Bales Skatepark. It's open and great.

July 10-12 - Jackalope Fest Mississauga.  A free Skateboarding and action sports festival at Celebration Square.

July 18 - Campbellford Skate Comp & Tecumseh Skate Jam (Sarnia).

July 18-19 - 33rd Annual Beasley Park Skate Jamboree in Hamilton.

July 21 - Groundbreaking Ceremony for Pickering Community Skatepark @ 3pm

July 31 - Kincardine is to have work complete by this date. Soft and Grand opening TBA.

Aug 15 - West Shore Skate Spot Jam - Pickering's Holding a Non-test with food and fun.

Aug 22 - Ash Bowl Bash. The annual bowl comp at Ashbridges Bay returns.

Whitby's Fieldgate Sport Complex Skatepark is set to open this summer. HALP in Queensville has announced outdoor amenities will open the week after Canada Day.  Arnprior is set to open this summer too.
