Owen Sound OG Park
RIP - As of Aug 2023, The OG park is no more.
It's on an old building foundation.
The last time I swung through Owen Sound, a local told me about the old park but was unable to pinpoint it on a map for me.
After a little digging and Google Earth/Street Viewing I located it and made it my first stop on the way to Tobermory.
If I didn't have confirmation that it was built by the city, I'd have thought it was DIY. The park is built on an old building foundation and features 2 banks, a pyramid and a small ledge. Located beside Owen Sound Medical Centre @ 1415 1st Ave W
