Smithfield Skatepark
Skatepark is located on Martin Groove Rd north of Albion Rd.
The skatepark was re-developed with new modular ramps and a fresh base in 2018.
It needed it.
Here's the new park.
New metal modular park on a fresh asphalt pad with concrete footings for rails. Mini, 3 different quarters, funbox with long rails and a loading dock/almost ‘A’ Frame with rail/mini stairs. A few issues with joints in the middle of ledges and raised metal transitions. Great long flat rails.
Great overhaul of the whole park with updated basketball and sport court. There's a new playground nearby as well.
Watch out for joints.
