So, I went back 7 years later and did this.

Aluminum rail? Check. 45 degree angles on everything? Check 

I wonder if this has ever been a problem?

I've added these clippings, not to call out, but to thank the Optimist Club and Dave Cram. They saw a need, supported youth activities and made something happen. 

Dave, even though the skatepark is garbage, I salute your effort.
